Exchange and Return Policy

To avoid problems with your purchase, pay attention to the technical specifications of the product before buying it.

The Eicos Sensors are guaranteed for 02 years, provided they are installed according to the manual.

Deadlines below considered upon receipt of the goods by the customer.

Exchange

  • For another product *

    • Deadline: 30 days
    • Condition: The new product will be sent, once we receive the material to exchange. This must be found in the same conditions as it was received, including the original packaging, manuals and accessories.

    • Exchanges for higher value product: Payment of the difference must be made through bank transfer.
    • Exchanges for lower value product: The difference will remain as credit, valid for 6 months (or shipment of products as value).

  • Manufacturing defects

    • Deadline: 30 days
    • Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging with manual and accessories.

    • Attention Incorrect installation voids the warranty and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

    • Please contact us to report the incident and obtain clarifications on the installation and use of the product.

  • Giving up

    • Deadline: 7 days
    • Condition: The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging with manual and accessories.
    •  
    • Attention Cancellation of payment only after return of the product.
    •  
    • In case the payment has already been made, Eicos will make the cancellation in up to 05 working days after receipt of the product.
  • * The cost of shipping to Eicos will be paid by the customer.
